🌍 Global Shipping Coverage

AuraSneak ships worldwide. We operate from multiple fulfillment centers across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East to ensure fast and reliable delivery wherever you are.
Orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse whenever possible.

Main Fulfillment Centers:

For regions not covered above, orders will ship directly from our Hong Kong facility.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on all orders above $99 USD (or equivalent in local currency).

  • Orders below that threshold may include a flat-rate fee shown at checkout.

  • Certain destinations (like Norway or Switzerland) may incur additional fees due to customs or carrier surcharges.


✏️ Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@aurasneak.com.
We can adjust your address only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

If your order has already been dispatched:

  • You may refuse the delivery and notify us to initiate a return.

  • Any reshipping or return fees will be deducted from your refund.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • Customs clearance or border inspections

  • Logistics disruptions (weather, strikes, or carrier delays)

  • Local holidays or regional restrictions

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)

AuraSneak will notify you promptly if a delay occurs and provide updated tracking information whenever possible.


🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can monitor your order’s progress using:

  • The tracking link provided in your confirmation email, or

  • The Order Tracking page on aurasneak.com.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.


📦 Order Inspection

Upon receiving your package:

  1. Inspect the box before signing.

  2. If damaged or tampered, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  3. Record an unboxing video to help us resolve any claims faster.

Once signed for, the shipment is considered accepted.


❌ Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts,

  • Rejection without valid reason,

Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.


❓FAQ

Q1: Can I cancel my order before shipping?
Yes. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact support@aurasneak.com for cancellation. Once shipped, you’ll need to initiate a return instead.

Q2: Will I pay import duties or taxes?
All EU, UK, and U.S. orders are shipped duty-paid.
For other regions, import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Q3: How can I track my shipment?
Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed automatically. You can also access it on our website under “Track My Order.”

Q4: My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive my order.
Please check with neighbors or local post offices. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” status to start an investigation.
